I’ve never seen this amount of ice in the Connecticut River at the Cornish-Windsor Covered Bridge. It was dramatic.

Thanks Janet! In all the years I’ve been photographing/filming that stretch of the river, I’ve never seen it with no open water. A number of people have suggested this isn’t a lot of ice, but this is the first time I’ve ever seen it 100% ice-covered for as far as I could see which is nearly two miles.
