If you like lakes/ponds, you will enjoy this one. It’s a bit long at 7.5 minutes, but the late afternoon views are quite lovely.

Nice ride!
Thanks Peggy! I’m still getting the hang of this type of flying but I did enjoy it.
Thanks for posting this, William. I use a DJI Mini (and a Chasing F1 Pro underwater camera drone) to help monitor the Runnemede lake and wetlands for the Paradise Park Commission, but use mostly stills to study the vegetation. It’s much slower than your drone for sure!
Glad you enjoyed it Jim. I would have been flying a lot faster if it weren’t for the wind on Runnemede. You can see the ripples on the water in the video, unlike the sheltered Kennedy Pond. I would love to see that underwater drone!
You know, if you had a newer model drone you could automate those monitoring flights. Fly here, take photo, fly there, shoot video while flying to next spot, etc. I’ve used these “waypoint missions” a lot. They can be very useful, but I think you have to get up to at least a Mini 4 Pro.
I’ve flown a lot at Runnemede. Search the site for it and you’ll see quite a lot of stuff.
