Jim Daigle’s garden tour – Plainfield, New Hampshire 7/14/26

OK, this is a little different. I went to visit Jim yesterday and before I knew it, we were filming a full-blown tour of his extensive gardens. My intention was to try out some gimbal footage but once he got going, there was no stopping him! This video is nearly 47 minutes long and includes subsequent interview footage, but if you are like me, it’s hard to stop watching!

UPDATE: the first link is to the shorter “highlight reel”, which is about 13 minutes. The second link (see below) is the original 47-minute video.

  1. Thank you William Daugherty for this absolutely magnificent overview documentation of the wonderful multiple years of work by Jim Daigle in his five star gardens….can feel the love for each and every plant. Stunning!!

    1. My pleasure Chris! This was a spur-of-the-moment effort that I envisioned as a short test, but Jim got on a roll and I couldn’t stop him! I’m editing a much shorter cut right now, but this long cut is wonderful for real fans I think.
